How can I contact Swim Republic?
If you have a general question, or question about a product ie. Sizing, Color, Material, etc. you can contact us via our Contact Us page, or via live chat during business hours. If you have a question regarding a completed purchase you must submit a support ticket via your customer account. Monday thru Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM PST.

What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?
We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please submit a support ticket by logging into your customer account.

Can I return an item?
Unfortunately, Swim Republic does not accept returns of products and accessories. Simply it’s not hygienic. We ask that you read the product descriptions and double-check your measurements for accurate sizing.

When will my order arrive? (Shipping)
Processing: We have a 2-3 business day processing period before your order will ship.

Most orders ship within 7-10 business days after processing. In rare cases, processing time may be extended due to incorrect shipping or billing information. Packages are shipped Monday – Friday only between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM PST. Orders made on Saturday will be processed the following Monday, orders made on Sunday will be processed on the following Tuesday.

Note: Some products will ship separately and arrive before or later than others. Not all products offer express shipping. Upon checkout if the express shipping option is not available one or more products in your order does not qualify for express shipping and standard shipping rules will automatically apply.

Lost/Damaged Parcel Disclaimer
Swim Republic, LLC its agents or affiliates, suppliers, and vendors, are not responsible or liable for lost/damaged items during delivery. All products are shipped insured. Should a product becomes lost or damaged during shipment you will be required to file a claim with USPS (the United States Postal Service). You may file a claim online by visiting: USPS Claims

We urge you to double check and verify shipping information before placing your order if your product has not shipped you can update the shipping address at any time before a tracking number is generated via your Customer Account or by submitting a support ticket. Should a change of address be needed after your product has shipped it can be done so by the USPS Tracking Page.

How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, your order status will change from processing to shipped and you’ll receive an email that includes your tracking number. You may also track your package via our website order tracking page. Packages are shipped via USPS within the United States, Canada and VI and Puerto Rico, and via FedEx, UPS, and DHL for worldwide locations.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Electronic Gift Cards, and Vouchers. We also accept Affirm, AfterPay, and Klarna.  All payments are processed securely through our merchant provider. Credit card data is never stored locally on our site or in our offices.
